Before you write

A suggestion is most useful when it says what the building is and why it stands where it does. A correction is most useful when it points at the sentence that is wrong and at a source we can read. A hotel writing to us about its own entry should say which of the five statements is out of date.

We do not make bookings, hold rooms, check availability or pass enquiries on to hotels. Nothing sent here reaches a hotel, and nothing sent here can buy, change or remove an entry. Messages about advertising, link placement or sponsored coverage are not answered. Write through the form on this page.
