These terms govern the use of ventoriah.com. By reading the site you accept them.
What this service is
ventoriah.com publishes editorial descriptions of hotels. It is an information service and nothing else. It is not a travel agency, a tour operator, a booking platform or an intermediary. It does not accept reservations, hold rooms, check availability, take payments or forward enquiries to any hotel or third party, and it has no contractual relationship with the hotels described.
Accuracy
Entries are compiled from published sources and are re-read by hand; each entry shows the month of its last reading. Hotels change ownership, names, facilities and opening seasons, and information that was correct at that reading may be out of date now. We give no warranty that any statement on this site is current, complete or free of error, and readers should confirm anything that matters to them directly with the hotel.
No advice
Nothing on this site is advice to buy, book or travel, and nothing here should be treated as a recommendation of any business. We publish no prices, no classifications, no scores and no rankings.
External links
Where a link leads away from this site, the destination is controlled by someone else. We do not endorse external content and accept no responsibility for it.
Intellectual property
The texts, the page structure and the photographs published here belong to ventoriah or to their authors and may not be copied, republished or used to train automated systems without written permission. Hotel names and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only.
Corrections
Factual errors are corrected. Anyone may send a correction through the contact page, and a hotel may write about its own entry. We change what is wrong; we do not remove accurate statements, add promotional material or accept payment for any change. Corrections are made in the next editorial pass and the month of reading is updated with them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ventoriah is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on the content of this site, from its unavailability, or from dealings with any hotel or third party mentioned here.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The version published on this page is the one in force.
Casino hotels
The Casino Hotels section describes buildings, rooms, restaurants and concert halls. It does not describe or assess gaming, and this site does not promote gambling, take commissions or link to operators. Casinos are for adults only: in Canada the minimum age is 19 in most provinces and 18 in Québec.
